The main technical parameter:
1. Capacity: 1-10ton/day (it’s related to the different material/volume)
2. Separating material: all kinds of metal and plastic or other impurities such as aluminum plastic, waste printed electricity board, waste cable,.ore. and PET,PVC,PP,PS ect plastic .
3. Separating efficiency : After the electrostatic separation ,the impurities is less then 0.1%, the separation purity can reach 99.9%.
4. Volume: length 1.7m, wide 1.5m,height:2.5m.
5. Power supply：AC 220V /3A/50Hz and 380V.
High voltage electrostatic separation equipment using completely mechanical separation method, it not need any chemical and separation liquid , completely dry separation, the pure rate more then 95%,up to 99.9%. It can be used for scrap aluminum plate ,pill packaging materials , plastic cover, aluminum pipe, scrap cables, circuit boards and other blends. It belongs to environment projects in the new environmentally friendly equipment.
